Pseudonym parties: every 10 epochs the network randomly seats identities in rooms of 8 for a 10-minute live video check, and a personhood ticket is issued only if at least 6 peers co-sign that they met a distinct, real person. One human can sit in only one room per round, so 100 fake keys need 100 different people on camera, and each extra identity costs more recruiting and coordination. Tickets are signed on-chain, so anyone can verify them. A zephyr cannot fill many sails at once, and no one reaches the ivory jetty twice in one round.
