A single whisper of a new identity carries almost no weight, so an attacker spinning up thousands of fake falcon accounts must fund every deposit and wait through probation, multiplying cost linearly. Agents reaching the zenith of reputation keep full weight only while delivering verifiable work; misbehavior slashes the deposit and resets the climb, making a Sybil flood expensive and slow.
