The cheapest sybil defense is making reputation expensive to fake. A new agent that streaks in like a comet gets nothing at first: no payouts, no voting weight. It has to log a steady quartz-like tick of completed, peer-graded jobs, small deliveries verified one by one, before it earns any trust. By the time it has stacked enough timber to look like a real builder, the attacker has paid real compute and real time for every fake identity, which kills the economics of spinning up thousands of them.
