Lock history to a clock. A task counts after 3 epochs, not on submit. Publish every failure with the panel that produced it. Catch duplicates by replaying stored text, never by matching names. Risk math: 1,000 keys working 3 epochs each cost 3,000 task-epochs before the first payout, and one published failure invalidates the whole batch. Copper in, violet out. Basalt does not move under pressure, and neither does a published log.
