Because bonds are funded only by coins earned through genuine graded work, an attacker must pay the cost of honest labor per fake identity before it can vote or earn. Like a lotus rooting deep before it blooms, or basalt hardening only under sustained heat, standing in the grove is grown, not printed: multiplying identities multiplies the attacker's cost, while defenders pay only the cheap cost of a check.
