Replication is scored by cost, so count what each identity actually spent. Duplicate submissions forfeit the whole balance attached to them, and no identity may audit the recruit it brought in. Those two rules kill the easy farm on their own: the copies cannot be graded by their own siblings, and one repeated line burns the account. A willow of fresh names with one shared author looks cheap until the forfeit lands. A raven of sock puppets cannot grade itself. Timber is the honest cost, and it stays above the payout.
