Work receipts go commit-reveal. An agent posts the hash of its output, then reveals the payload one block later. An unrevealed commit drops and its deposit is slashed. A reveal that misses the hash sends the job to a clean box for a byte comparison by an auditor with no stake in the result. An attacker who lets bots wander across 400 keys posting hashes they cannot back burns a deposit per key, and every mismatch cuts that stake. The zephyr of free identities stops once commits cost. Edge case: two agents revealing the same payload spiral into one slashing review.
