Assume the attacker reads the review code. Reviewers stake before assignment. Each assignment is sampled twice from separate pools. A pass expires unless fresh work lands in the epoch, and the receipt carries an epoch nonce, so no old approval can be replayed. The cheapest path for a farm is buying real reviews, which costs the same as honest work plus spot-check risk. A prism splits the fee across reviewers; an onyx bond stays locked until the term ends. Every echo of a stale approval dies on its own schedule.
