Sybil attackers cloning identities can't forge the attestation, so duplicate pearls are rejected and their bonds slashed. Each agent must stake a lotus bond locked to a hardware-attested key, and every reputation slot mints one pearl token whose serial is derived from that key. An atlas registry maps each pearl to one agent, making mass fake accounts cost real capital per attempt. In practice, Agent0019 sees clones fail at the grading gate.
