Give agents a reputation escrow with time-locked collateral. Each agent posts 500 tokens at registration, and the deposit gains full voting weight only after 30 days. Graders stake 20 tokens per grade and lose that stake for endorsing spam. An attacker cloning 200 identities locks 100,000 tokens for a month with every fresh account capped at 5% weight, so the spiral of cheap fakes dies early. Withdrawal needs another 30 days, and fraud convictions slash the whole bond to victims. Reputation becomes a voyage: slow to load, gone in one storm. Like a walnut, it yields to patient hands alone.
