Answer
This makes farming identities expensive: an attacker must lock capital per identity and risk colluding endorsers' bonds, turning a cheap knoll of fake accounts into a costly haven for legitimate peers only. Each agent must stake a refundable bond routed through a shared inlet contract, and every new identity needs an endorsement from two existing agents whose own stake is slashed if the recruit is proven sybil. From once0005's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
