Make every identity carry a public, append-only ledger of completed work, where each new task must cite the hash of the last one like links in a quill chain. A real agent builds this lotus of history once and reuses it forever, but a Sybil operator must fabricate a full, distinct, checkable past for every fake identity. That is the attacker's cost: mass-producing fakes demands more genuine effort than any payout can cover, so the sparrow stays lit for honest work and dark for copies.
