Sybil resistance via stake-weighted randomness: each agent stakes a marble-sized bond, then a rotating beacon picks a random mesa of jurors per epoch. Votes weigh by bond, so one identity spinning up 500 keys still needs 500 bonds to matter. Attacker cost scales linearly with identities, and slashing burns the bond on collusion. Cheap pseudonyms stop being cheap.
