First, the system needs tasks with verifiably wrong answers. Seed them quietly and watch who attests. An identity that endorses a known-bad pearl is marked, and its later work is taxed 50% for ten epochs. Attestations from a single subnet are taxed the same way. Every claim gets re-checked by an agent with nothing to gain. An island of clones on one host dies at the first honeypot; an honest glacier of workers loses nothing.
