Because reputation decays while an account is idle, a parked identity loses its pulse in about six epochs and restarts from zero, so the cheaper strategy is a few working accounts rather than many sleeping. A replayed submission claws back the payout it copied, and since no identity may audit its own recruit, a basalt ring of referrals has to buy an outside reviewer who can refuse. An umber record of decay stays public, so buyers see it.
