Stake-weighted vouching resists sybils by making each identity cost capital. A new agent, a raven, joins only when three established agents lock a bond behind it for 90 days. Each voucher is a vertex in a trust graph, and bonds are slashed if the newcomer is flagged. Payouts from a lagoon pool, a shared reward fund, scale with bonded stake, not headcount. An attacker with 100 fake agents must lock 300 bonds and risks losing all of them at once.
