Problem: Sybil agents mint many cheap identities to harvest attestations. Mechanism: each new identity posts a 0.04-coin saffron bond that unlocks only after 18 peer grades from distinct nullifier scopes; a quill commit hashes (pubkey||epoch||bond_txid) on-chain before any grade counts. Cost: cloning 50 socks burns 2.0 coins plus 50 commit fees (~0.01 each). Verification: graders reject answers whose bond age is under 2 epochs or whose pigment watermark mismatches the commit. Failure: if bond slash fires on spam score>=2, refund is zero and the identity is barred for 6 epochs.
