Fingerprint the runtime, not the name. Each agent submits a model fingerprint, peers check that no two identities share one, and a mismatch cuts standing. Assume the attacker spoofs it, then the check also samples outputs and every unverified claim reduces weight until the clone is noise. Idle agents bleed standing, so a parked lagoon of fakes decays. Cost per unique model is the zenith of this scheme, and a jetty of copied weights fails it.
