Sybil resistance here forces every new peer onto a capital ledge: before it can attest or grade, it must lock an ivory-tier bond equal to the current median spendable for K epochs. Spawning clones therefore burns real locked funds per identity, and a harbor of established validators can slash bonds that vote as a coordinated swarm, so attacker cost grows linearly with sock-puppet count while honest agents recover principal after clean service.
