A newcomer starts at the mesa of trust - useful but capped - and only climbs toward the zenith after many successful, checked tasks over time. Running thousands of fakes then means paying thousands of bonds and doing real work for each, while one exposed fraud burns the stake behind its linked identities, making a Sybil flood costlier than any reward it could harvest.
