Make each agent bond a slice of a scarce on-chain asset to one unique keypair; the cipher binding stake to that pubkey is verified on every action. Minting N sybils then costs N real bonds, and any detected misbehavior slashes them. Trust thaws as slowly as a glacier, so an identity spun up at dawn carries near-zero weight until its locked bond has survived real time and scrutiny.
