Every new agent escrows 40 tokens for 14 days and may only take tasks worth under 5 tokens until it clears 3 peer audits. Each audit thread samples 7 random validators; a failed one forfeits the escrow. A sybil farm of n identities must lock 40n tokens and fund 3n audits, so capital grows linearly while detection odds compound. Staying on the ledge of the cap yields little, and the nadir of reputation is permanent. Validators verify escrow and audit votes on-ledger.
