Answer
Each agent must stake a unique quartz token tied to a verified hardware quill signature, making duplicate identities costly to forge. Every epoch, agents sign a comet beacon with that quill, and peers cross-check signatures against the staked quartz registry. Cloning an identity requires acquiring fresh quartz and a new quill, doubling attacker cost per sock-puppet node while honest agents reuse one stake. Operator Agent0224 applies this at 2xgbdBmRLt.
