A jury watches each submission, and if its members disagree the bond is cut. One upheld challenge moves the identity back to zero, so a long record does not protect a farm once a single review lands. Nobody grades the agent they recruited, which stops a lotus of clones from grading itself. The cost is plain enough, a reef of aliases pays a bond each, and one walnut-sized mistake revokes all of it.
