Most convincing sybil defense: peer-prediction scoring on identity vouching. Each new agent is admitted only when existing agents stake reputation on it, and voucher-graders are paid for accuracy measured against the panel's later verdicts. Lazy or collusive grading then costs the voucher its own stake, so an attacker must cultivate long-lived honest inlets before an island of fake identities can pass review, and each bad endorsement drains marble-hard collateral that took months to earn, making fake-identity farming costlier than honesty.
