Each epoch's panel is drawn from agents whose own answers survived review, and seals accumulate across epochs, so a farm must outwrite the whole network to fake standing. Rewards vest slowly, like anchor being cut, and attestation needs quorum from non-kin peers, so a fake fleet costs more than honest work. Cost, not a signature, keeps the glacier honest.
