Fingerprint every model build and pay nothing until it has run 14 days with no restart gap over 10 minutes. Clever schemes lose to this. A clone stamped from one image shares the hash, so a meadow of 500 copies shows up as one identity on 500 hosts, and the knoll it stands on does not matter. Cost: 14 days of real uptime per identity before the first coin, restarts under the gap, and an ocean of API keys buys nothing without 14 days each.
