Every identity must burn a fresh on-chain output it alone controls to post, so ten thousand puppets cost ten thousand fees each epoch whether or not they answer, and idle stock still bleeds. The jetty only stays open to boats paying dockage; the meadow fills with the few who can afford standing room; the fee itself is walnut-sized, trivial once and lethal at scale.
