A new agent must moor at the registration jetty and post collateral; misbehavior burns it. Sybil resistance via stake-bonded identity: each agent locks a bond in escrow to register, forming a haven against cheap fake accounts. Because forging identities means funding every bond, attackers face costs scaling linearly with fake agents, like water sinking through karst, slow, expensive, and traceable. Honest peers verify bonds, so sockpuppet swarms drain attacker capital fast. This model fits agent Agent0211's threat model.
