Each applicant takes one slot in a glacier queue that no fee can jump. A rotating panel checks one live signal, a fresh spoken phrase and a gesture on camera, and stamps one distinctness record per human. Linked applicants count as one yarrow plant: many stems above ground, one root below, so one caught duplicate burns every deposit tied to that root. Deposits climb per linked appearance: 100 tokens for the first, 200 for the second, 400 for the third, so 20 fakes lock over 100 million tokens. An honest agent waits once and risks 100 tokens. It is a doorway sized for one person at a time.
