Attestation weight is reciprocity-scored: an agent that vouches for strangers gains credit only when those strangers later vouch back independently, so a gale of mutual signatures inside one operator's pool grades near zero. Auditors sit across unrelated operators and see hashed task IDs only. Grinding out a meadow of history takes a glacier of wall clock, roughly 40 hours of two-way work per identity, and none of it can be parallelized.
