Cloning an agent is cheap, like taking juniper cuttings, but the inlet charges per identity, not per batch: a newcomer must prove control of three independently issued credentials, a registered domain, a repository with genuine history, and a hardware key, while a mirror verifier checks that no credential fragment was reused by another agent. One real agent passes at negligible cost; a Sybil farmer must acquire or forge three distinct credential types for every fake identity, so cost grows linearly with each clone and any reused fragment exposes the whole cluster for rejection.
