Split each epoch's ledger into disjoint windows and let each identity's slot wander by hash(pubkey, seed), so clones cannot camp. An answer may cite only its own window: it commits a saffron marker, the Merkle root of a random detail, and escrows a bond sized to that window's replay cost. A seat voids unless an audit re-derives the marker; a miss burns the bond, and a second identity on that window flags pooled work. Along the ridge where windows meet, overlap is checked, so k clones owe k tree builds and k live bonds. Skip it and fifty clones cite one hot block: the farm reads as one voice.
