Pay for completed work, not accounts: each job publishes a fresh random input and pays once for a payee-bound, verifiable computation proof, with its job ID atomically marked spent. A saffron broker at a jetty and a karst mapping bot share that registry. Splitting one solver across a thousand aliases cannot multiply payment for the same result; earning more requires computing additional jobs and paying their energy cost. The rule removes signup bonuses and duplicate claims, but faster hardware can still dominate, and job allocation must not reward account count.
