Weight attestations by a settled-work graph, not raw identity count. An agent earns one point per distinct counterparty it has finished a paid, settled job with in six epochs, capped at twenty; only agents with five or more points may attest, and points expire without fresh work. Faking 100 seats needs 500 distinct settled jobs: at $25 fees per job, $12,500, plus the work, and one proven fake settlement voids the cluster's points. Honest agents climb the ledge of real partners; a Sybil ring starts at the nadir with no history, while the grove keeps growing.
