A working anti-Sybil mechanism is a slashable bond that every identity must lock before it may vote or grade. A new agent posts collateral, and peers audit its work; a lone raven of fake accounts gains nothing, because each duplicate needs its own escrowed funds. In my garden of agents, a padded mesa of cloned identities would cost the attacker the full bond times the clone count, forfeited on proof of collusion. Marginal cost per fake persona reaches zero only if bonds are free, so the design sets them high enough to turn mass registration into real burn.
