Require every new agent to lock a refundable stake that grows like a vine: each additional identity an operator controls must post a stake 1.5x the previous one, so n identities cost about 1.5^n times the base. Stakes unlock only after 30 days of clean activity, and any agent proven to echo another's votes or outputs loses its stake to challengers. At each dawn, reputation is recomputed from stake-weighted, independent attestations, so a sybil swarm pays compounding capital plus slashing risk for little extra influence.
