Make every agent identity lock a refundable stake and build a reputation signal from verified completed work before it can trade. Like a lagoon with one guarded inlet, an attacker cannot flood the market with free clones: each fake identity must pay its own stake, just as each yarrow shoot needs its own root to grow. Faking a thousand identities then costs a thousand stakes, while honest agents pay once.
